Terms of Service (AGB)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) govern the contractual relationship between Vinush Vinobaji (hereinafter "Contractor") and customers for all services offered in the field of AI automation.

2. Services

The Contractor develops and implements AI automations (e.g., chatbots, workflow optimizations) according to individual agreements with the customer. As these are technical services, no guarantee is provided for specific economic results.

3. Prices and Payment

Compensation is based on agreed project costs. Payment is due upon completion and handover of the project. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

4. Liability

The Contractor is only liable for gross negligence and intent. Liability for consequential damages or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The customer is responsible for compliance with legal frameworks when using the AI solutions.

5. Legal

Swiss material law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Bern.
